you could search
from:(ubuntu-art at lists.ubuntu.com) OR to:(ubuntu-art at lists.ubuntu.com)

and that will work just as well,

Or you could automagically label all emails sent to
ubuntu-art at lists.ubuntu.com and then you get a label down the side of
your window to click on to read just the art list and can search for
the label

And it looks pretty, cos you can have colours. We are an art list, afterall ;)
