[ubuntu-art] Bug contact issues

I've just noticed when filing a bug in the human-icon-theme package that
it has no bug contact set. This should mean that nobody gets alerted
about bugs filed in the package, unless they're subscribed to its bug
feed. Also, the artwork team is not set as a bug contact for
ubuntu-artwork; only Mark Shuttleworth and Jeff Waugh are. 

1) Shouldn't the team and/or Kenneth be the bug contact for all
art-related packages? Even if some people do follow the bugs manually or
via the bug feed, having no bug contact set for an official artwork
package doesn't look professional.

2) The team has no contact address set; do all team members actually
receive bug mail for art-related packages?
