Be careful with this though... I used a couple themes like this and while
looking very handsome and distinct, its hard to tell where to grab in order
to move the window and I was frequently grabbing the toolbar or the menu bar
instead of the title bar.

I'm not saying this patch is bad, it could work, but the title bar should
have some trait that says "grab me - not the toolbar just below" to avoid
doing a +1 for looks and a -10 for usability.
