[ubuntu-art] Ubuntulooks 2.0?

[xl cheese]

Panel is a pixbuf referenced from within the gtkrc which I really don't like how I did that particular one.
 
I read a while back that gnome was planning to make the panel themeable, but I have not seen any more mention of it.
