I remember reading an Edubuntu announcement somewhere, but there hasnt
yet been a formal announcement at ubuntu-announce, and sites, such as
distrowatch ( <a href="http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=edubuntu" target="_blank" onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)">http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=edubuntu</a> )
don't know of the release yet. I suppose that letting everyone know of
Edubuntu's first release would be cool, and was sort of missing it.<br>
