Why no mention of GNU?

I've been buried in the guts of launchpad and not reading mail for the
past month, so I've just caught up on this thread now. I agree entirely
that it would be appropriate to include the GNU project on that page.

Please bang on that, and when Mako thinks it's golden, let's patch the
default package. I think we need to acknowledge the KDE community too,
though I'm not sure if we maintain different versions of that file for
Kubuntu and Ubuntu.
