Heh, this list is not as testy as some others, as it is an all purpose
Edubuntu list. We decided that initially we would not have a big enough
community to split off into a dev-exclusive list and a users list, and
so combined them. If us users end up creating to much noise, we will
look at doing the split. In the mean time please feel free to discuss
anything related to edubuntu on the list.

The ubuntu-devel list is very active and is a very purpose specific list
and they prefer not to have any superfluous noise there. Understandably.
They have therefore created appropriate user list s to cater for non-dev
topics.

Sounds good to me. I would possibly add LTSP, and perhaps ICT...
